November 27 & 28: Two Part Class (Must attend both sessions) 5:30-9pm each day
This Homebuyer course is designed for first-time home-buyers who would like to learn the ins and outs of selecting and working with housing professionals: realtors, lenders, inspectors, title officers and insurance agents. You will learn how to check your credit, apply for a loan, qualify for grant programs and assess your financial and emotional readiness to buy.
As part of the class, a short counseling session will be provided for each household with follow-up counseling provided as needed.
